VATSIM oceanic areas can be assigned to active controllers via mapping table
Groundchart: Cargo parkings are depicted with another color than airline parkings
Online frequencies 199.998 and 199.999 will not be considered
Online: Frequency ribbon shows "digital ATIS" (if available)
Bugs fixed:
Online frequencies not shown if more than one frequency is active within a CTR
Online traffic is shown with correct speed data
Save route as *.rt2 file
