Orbx FTX North America - Blue - PNW Patch 004a Available

Orbx has released the FTX North America - Blue - PNW Patch 004a. Now available at the Orbx Support Website.

New and enhanced content provided
- added four lighthouses (default models) in western WA: Slip Point, Cape Flattery, Destruction Island, Grays Harbor
- added docks at the submarine base in Bangor and made landclass changes to the Bangor Trident Base to the east
- added default aircraft carriers and other warships at Bremerton and Everett
- added Jim Creek Naval Radio Station antenna array west of Darrington
- switched all radio, TV, and microwave antennae from default models to custom ORBX models

- fixed issue with misaligned ILS at CYVR
- changes to KSEA airport facilities file to make the occurrence of duplicate jetways and aiplayer.dll crashes less likely
